Improving Smartphone signal

Improving Your Smartphone signal:  Everyone knows why it is so important to get a fast and reliable cell phone tower signal connection. We are in the age of the smartphone-Over 80% of adult people have a smartphone/cellphone. If you want to Improve Your Smartphone signal without getting a cell phone booster, here are the ways to fix poor cellphone signals.

Get to a window: Building walls are notorious RF signal blockers. Stand by a window to create a clear pathway between you and the nearest cell tower.  It would help if it is in line with the cell tower with minimal obstructions, reduce objects standing between them. If the signals from the cell phone towers have to pass through a lot of obstructions such as the window, walls, glass, etc, they can get considerably weakened.

Increase Elevation: Often, the lower your elevation the more signs blocking surroundings. Get to a higher floor or climb a nearby hill to get a clearer line of sight to the cell tower. If there are too many things standing between your phone and the cell tower, get a clear line of view, talk from the second floor (increase height) if you want to make an important call.

Get some space: Your phone is competing with other cellular signals. In crowded spaces, it's best to create some distance between you and other cellular users. Actually when too many people use their cellphones/tablets at the same time and the nearest cell tower gets overwhelmed with all the traffic. This leads to dropped calls, slow upload/download/streaming speed. So if you find it in the middle of such a crowded place, avoid using the smartphone, get out there and find a quiet area where you are alone and make the call.

Wi-Fi calling: If connected to the internet use facetime audio, Skype, Hangouts, or enable wifi calling on your phone to call using a wifi signal, rather than cellular. Most smartphone features are called wi-fi calling. This allows you to use your broadband internet connection to make phone calls and to surf the internet as well.
